Do you want to look like anorexic models? A lot of teenage girls want to be beautiful and look sexy like the top models on TV. They think that they would feel better about themselves if they look slim like the models they have seen on TV or in a magazine.

Anorexia generally begins in the mid-teens, even though it can begin at any age. Women are more likely than men to have anorexia. 90% of anorexic people are female.

It’s approximated about 3 to 4 people in every hundred have anorexia. Most refuse they have a trouble and several have stress. Family history has something to do with anorexia. If anyone in your family had this problem in the past, it’s most likely for a relative will have anorexia.

Many young Girls begin to starve themselves in order to lose weight fast, and stay away from high-calorie foods and do a lot of exercise, while some of them eat massive amounts of food, but they purge soon after eating, which is what we call bulimia. And others use laxatives or diuretics to stop weight gain from eating too much. The methods they are using to lose weight is very dangerous.

Do you want to know why those top models (you may call them anorexic models) keep their good shape? I am sure not all of them will use the healthy methods. Some will use weight loss supplements, surgery, and whatever you can name it. But the healthy ones use the healthy technique to maintain their weight. What is the healthy technique? Very simple, eat healthy and exercise. The rule of weight loss is to intake fewer calories than what your body burn. But how many people can actually do it? Not many, why is that? Because all of us are used to our easy lifestyles. You need to change that if you want to lose weight and keep it off.

The actual reason of having anorexia is the person desires to lose weight fast. You should understand that you don’t really need starve yourself to lose weight and look good, It’s matter of eating healthy diet and proper exercise. The problem is most people don’t actually know what diet they should use in order to lose weight the healthy way and how much exercise they need.
