How to Lose 50 Pounds in 5 Months

You have to lose 10 pounds a month in order to lose 50 pounds in 5 months. It means 2.5 pounds a week, so if you can lose 2.5 pounds a week then it’s good to go. 50 pounds in 5 months would be a piece of cake. Now, we just have to find the way to lose those 2.5 pounds per week.

Is that so difficult to do? The answer is yes and no. It really depends on your own part. Do you commit to follow the rules entirely? Are you willing to do exercise? Will you be able to eat less? Do you like healthy food? The questions go on and on. Most overweight people can’t follow the very simple rule. It makes you stressed of what to eat or do. I should do like this or that. It is like forcing yourself to follow what you are not used to. You have to change your eating habit. If you eat more vegetable and fruit, it would help a lot for example an apple a day before each meal, makes you eat less during the main meal, so if you include salad in the meal too then you would eat even less. The study has indicated that it is important to eat five pieces of fruit every day.

Before, you start planning your diet, getting rid off all fatty stuffs in your fridge, storing more fruit and vegetable instead. Be firmed and start your journey. Don’t give up until you reach your goal.
