–    Have light dinner (mostly vegetable or fruit salad without fatty dressing and grilled fish or chicken breast)
You should write detail of your plan in small notebook you can take everywhere with you so you can check what you’ll do every day. This is very helpful to help you achieve your weight loss goal.

For example: I am going to lose 1 pounds this week when I achieve this then set another goal for the coming week, increase it to 2 pounds. When you set small goal, it will give you high motivation.
