Losing 40 pounds is not hard if you know the ways to do it. Losing weight is about consuming fewer calories than what you use. It may sound easy to say but not in practicing. 1. Have breakfast daily: You know breakfast is very important. It is necessary to eat breakfast everyday if you want to lose weight. When you don’t eat breakfast, you gain weight. Studies show that people who don’t eat breakfast tend to eat and snack more; besides eating breakfast everyday can help you lose weight and keep it off.

2. Have fiber food: Fiber food makes you feel full for fewer calories. Fiber takes longer to digest; it makes you feel full longer, so it prevents you to consume more food.
