There are many ways to lose 10 pounds in a month. There is no specific method for everyone. What is work for some people may not work for others. The number of pounds you will lose in 1 month depends on body structure of each person. Some people can lose weight faster than others. It is pretty normal as every person has unique body’s system.

Is 10 pounds in 1 month a healthy way to lose weight? Most diet experts says that losing 1 or 2 pounds a week is considered a healthy weight loss. I don’t think it’s not healthy to lose 2.5 pounds a week or 10 pounds a month.

There are 10 ways to help you lose ten pounds in a month.

1. Beginning your day with big and healthy breakfast: Have your breakfast an hour after you get up, and make it as your main course. Many studies shows that people who eat big and healthy breakfast everyday lose weight faster than those who don’t.

2. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day: Water is very important in term of weight loss. Most people don’t drink enough water. Drinking enough water can help you lose weight. Water also plays a very important role of how your body’s system works.

3. Avoid fried foods: Replace all fried with barbecued or boiled foods: It also helps you to lose tummy fat.

4. Start exercising for 30 minutes a day the first week and 45 minutes the next week: Exercise plays a very important part of weight loss. If you exercise more then you lose more weight. Your metabolic rate increase significantly when you exercise.

5. Finish your dinner at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed: It’s not really a good idea to eat then go to bed. You should finish your last meal at least 2 hours before you go to bed.

6. Avoid sodas and all soft drinks: High calorie drinks must go if you want to lose 10 pounds in 1 month.

7. Eat more fruit and vegetables: They are high in fiber, vitamins and minerals but low in calorie and fat. The fiber contained help to keep your stomach full.

8. Cook  at home using healthy, low calorie and fat products: Avoid eating out so you can prepare the healthy and low calorie foods without worrying about how many calories of the foods you may eat outside.

9. Eat more lean protein such ass fish and chicken beast: It makes you satisfied, and it also help in maintain muscle. Remember that the more muscle you have, the more fat is burned.

10. Stop eating all junk foods: you wouldn’t be able to lose 10 pounds in 1 month if you still eating junk foods. They  must go or be reduced a great amount if you still want to lose weight.
