1. Start eating healthy food: Healthy food is necessary to lose weight in a healthy way.

Start exercise  15 to 20 minutes a day and 30 minutes after a week. You shouldn’t do a lot of workout at first as you can easily get injured. It would be better to gradually increase amount of exercise.

4. Drink enough water: Water is very important in term of weight loss. How much water you should drink a day depends on your weight and how much activities you do. Most experts recommend 8 glasses of water a day, if you do a lot of workout you should drink more than that.

5. Avoid eating out: Prepare your own food is always better than eating out. You can cook healthier and lower calorie and fat foods.

6. Avoid empty calorie drinks: If you want to lose 60 pounds, you have to limit soda and other empty calorie drinks. A can of soda contains 150 calories, you can lose the same amount by cutting a can of these drinks.
