Most diet experts claim that lose 1-2 pounds a week is very healthy. So you may wonder if it’s ok to lose 3 pounds a week, the answer is yes. Losing 1-2 pounds a week is an ideal weight to start from, but lose 3 pounds a week seems to be OK too.

You know losing 3 pounds a week is not hard when you know how. As you may already know the simple rule of weight loss is to burn more than what you consume. You really need to change your eating habit and add more physical activities in order to lose weight.
